Added some missing add_slashes(), get_post_escaped(), and strip_tags() for $_POST, $_GET and $_REQUEST-data. Also for $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'].

fixed bug in frontend login and multiple groups (in conjunction with error_reporting = E_ALL)

added the "users in multiple groups" feature (closes parts of ticket #546)
