updated external PHPMailer class to latest version (v2.3)
added kewyword id to all new files
Added default index.php to all folders to prevent directory spoofing
Added keywords to files where they are missing
updated PHPMailer framework to version 2.0.0 (/include/phpmailer)
Added Id keywords to all missing files
Added phpmailer class (thanks to doc)
