Droplets overview on smaller screens

Description

If you make the browser smaller (width) the overview is some unlucky.
Important is the dropletname and the action icons. At the moment you can only have dropletname with desc OR desc with action icons.

I think the description should shrink if the browser is smaller. So that ever visible is names and action icons.
